This website is built with open source software. Every package below is used in production and is distributed under its own license. Full license texts live in each package repository.
HomesFarmsAndLand.com is assembled from freely licensed components maintained by the open source community. We publish this list so anyone can see exactly what runs in the browser when they use our property search, and so the authors of that work are credited.
The list covers the runtime and build dependencies that ship as part of the site. It does not cover development-only tooling such as test runners and linters, which never reach a visitor's browser.

Each license below grants us the right to use and redistribute the software, with different conditions attached.
Permissive. Use, modify, and redistribute freely, provided the copyright notice and permission notice travel with the software.
Functionally equivalent to MIT with simpler wording. The same attribution requirement applies.
Permissive, with an explicit patent grant. Redistributions must carry the NOTICE file and state any changes made to the original source.
Permissive. Redistributions must preserve the copyright notice, the list of conditions, and the disclaimer.
Public domain dedication. No attribution is required, though we list the package here for completeness.

Type on this site is set in Inter, served from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The OFL permits use, study, modification, and redistribution of the typeface, provided it is not sold on its own and any modified version is released under the same license.
Map tiles and geographic data carry attribution requirements of their own, separate from the software licenses above. Those are documented in full on our Map Data Attribution and Location Services disclosures.
