The cabin has two loft sleeping spaces, a full bathroom with a composting toilet, a kitchen with propane stove and refrigerator, washer/dryer hookup and closet/storage space. Sit on your front stoop or around the campfire and enjoy the sounds of the Independence River rolling past. On those cool evenings, there is a propane stove for extra warmth. Electricity is currently provided from the neighboring lot. Cabin is wired for hook-up, but will need a connection run to it. The toilet is a composting one with no septic on the property at this time.
