All the neighbors say I am straight our of better Homes and Gardens! I cant take all the credit, my owner keeps me well groomed and immaculate. I am Dutch Colonial that has been preserved and restored to perfection not just in the home but the gardens that surround it. My kitchen has been updated with heated tile floor, new cabinets and upscale SS appliances while not disturbing original moldings, casings and breakfast nook. I have all new replacement windows, and he just gave me a new steam heat boiler. My living room is so big and has a gas insert in the fireplace, and beautiful hardwood floors. My owner currently has his den in one room but could easily be an adnl bedroom. My primary bedroom is huge with three closets and I have two more bedrooms upstairs, my original sleeping porch is a great versatile space.
