Roll up your sleeves and get to work. This house needs lots of elbow grease, a good clean out, paint and flooring. There is potential for a much better floor plan to add another bedroom. It's a beautiful block with a great sized yard and so worth it if you are handy or want to do a flip. There is no functioning Heating System. This is part of an estate, there is no PCD. Due to the lack of heating equipment, traditional financing will not work, must be CASH or HARD MONEY only. "SOLD "AS IS"
