1. Detached Garage Off-Limits: The detached garage on the Premises is explicitly EXCLUDED from the leased premises. The garage is reserved solely for Owner access and storage. Tenant(s) shall have no access, key, or right of storage within the detached garage. 2. Shared Driveway Easement: Premises include a shared driveway subject to a legal right-of-way / easement granting the neighboring property access to the rear of their lot. Tenant(s), occupants, and guests shall NOT park vehicles in, block, or obstruct any portion of the shared driveway at any time. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas at the rear of the premises or on the street in compliance with local Syracuse parking regulations. 3. Snow Removal & Lawn Maintenance (The landlord will be responsible for maintaining the lawn; the tenant will be responsible for snow removal from the driveway at the rear of the house in front of the detached garage. The neighbor maintains the easement shared by the properties.) 4. Decorative Fireplace (Non-Operational): The fireplace located within the residence is strictly DECORATIVE. Tenant is prohibited from burning wood, coal, paper, artificial logs, or operating any fire or heating element within the fireplace at any time.
