Off of the living room, you have a sunroom that can be transformed into another bedroom for renters. On the main floor is one bedroom, full bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs holds 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a balcony off of the master bedroom overlooking the the lake. Next to the cabin, a newly poured 40x60 concrete slab was installed, making it perfect if you were to host events or build a pole barn. Both properties include generators, central air, new electric, high speed fiberoptic internet, a privacy fence and individual driveways to access each cabin.
