Buyers purchased this home with the dream of renovating it to be their sweet cottage but a job relocation changed those plans! Buyer was able to gut the kitchen, put down some new floors and paint, and most importantly put on a brand new roof on but work came to a standstill. It has great bones and a fantastic location; just looking for that person who wants to take over the dream. Nicely secluded by trees and bordered by stone walls. The downstairs features a kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, and sitting area, along with one bedroom and a full bath. Upstairs offers an oversized bedroom with a half bath. Being sold ''as is'' and will not qualify for FHA, USDA or VA. Will consider renovation loan.
